Job Description

Looking for an experienced, professional and skilled On-site Property Manager in Hanford, CA.
Compensation:
$22.00 hourly- based on experience + Managers unit (after 30 days) plus Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability Insurance, 2 weeks Paid Vacation, 401k with Employer Contribution and Match after 12 months of service!
Responsibilities include:
Following instructions, complying with company policy and procedures, submitting to designated authority Knowledge of and compliance with all Federal and State Fair Housing Laws and Regulations, OSHA Regulations and California Landlord/Tenant Law Knowledge of and experience with hiring, supervision, training, coaching and developing staff as well as writing reviews Monitoring timecards and tracking employee's absences/tardiness/vacations Monitoring budgets and costs, acquiring bids, scheduling vendors, approving purchases within the scope of your authority Conducting monthly staff and safety meetings Assisting with developing annual budgets Correcting all deficiencies noted on inspections Showing expertise in leasing apartments, qualifying applicants and moving them in efficiently Increasing rent on current residents according to a regular schedule Accounting for and depositing all monies received within 24 hours Conducting inspections (move-outs and pre-move-out/move-in/annual/night/safety/misc.) Being on-call and handling after hours' emergencies Promoting resident activities throughout the year Prepare and serve all types of legal notices pertinent to the industry Submit required weekly/monthly/semi-annual/annual reports Must be willing to serve people from diverse cultures and backgrounds Must be able to understand and execute complex oral and written instructions in English Must be able to express oneself clearly in English, both verbally and in writing Must be familiar with property management software Must have a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance and be willing to drive on company business Must live on-site and be willing to be on call after hours This Institution is an
