A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We are the largest property management company serving the San Bernardino Mountain communities , with a 47-year history and an established portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties throughout Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, Big Bear and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed real estate salesperson who enjoys working with people and real estate but is looking for greater stability than commission-only sales . The Position You will help manage an existing portfolio of properties .
Responsibilities include:
Managing relationships with property owners and tenants Showing and leasing residential properties Conducting move-in, move-out, and property inspections Coordinating maintenance and repairs Responding to tenant and owner needs Monitoring lease compliance and property conditions Assisting with renewals, notices, and leasing documentation Working closely with our established office and property management team Sales commission earning opportunities What We're Looking For Active California DRE license required Property management or residential real estate experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and confident dealing with owners, tenants, and vendors Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Knowledge of the San Bernardino Mountain communities is a plus Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties Why Join Us?
