This is a seasonal opportunity working outdoors at a residential community pool during the summer season. Assignment Dates June 6th - August 12th

Available Shifts:

10am-4pm/ 4pm-10pm Job Duties Monitor the residential HOA pool and surrounding amenities area Ensure only authorized residents and guests enter the pool area Verify pool access credentials, wristbands, or guest authorization as directed by HOA management Enforce all posted pool rules and community policies Maintain a visible security presence to promote safety and prevent disturbances Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns Complete basic incident and activity reports as needed Provide professional customer service to residents and guests Contact management or emergency services when necessary Requirements Valid California Guard Card required Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in summer weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must pass a background check Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is friendly, observant, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents while professionally enforcing community pool rules and maintaining a safe environment.
