Job Details Description Case Manager / Residential Supervisor Home of Guiding Hands (HGH) San Diego County | Full-Time | $23.25-$24.25/hour Are you an experienced leader who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities? Home of Guiding Hands is looking for a Case Manager / Residential Supervisor to oversee residential programs while supporting the individuals who call our homes their home. This is more than a traditional Case Manager position. You will have direct supervisory responsibility for House Managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) while helping ensure our residential homes are properly staffed, compliant, and providing high-quality care. What You'll Do Supervise and support House Managers and Direct Support Professionals Provide leadership, coaching, training, and ongoing support to residential staff Oversee up to three residential facilities serving up to 18 individuals Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Coordinate client healthcare needs, appointments, medications, diets, and documentation Create and adjust staff schedules and assist with coverage when needed Review payroll and oversee house budgets and client funds Participate in employee evaluations, performance discussions, and staff development Conduct facility audits and help ensure licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements are met Lead facility meetings when needed and partner closely with the QIDP/Administrator Step in to provide direct client support when needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team while also staying connected to the individuals we serve. High school diploma or GED preferred 24 months of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred 24 months of supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable coaching employees and holding teams accountable Valid California driver's license with at least two years of licensed driving experience Ability to obtain required CPR/First Aid, Pro-Act, and Medication Administration certifications Why Join Home of Guiding Hands?
