This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, capable of prioritizing multiple projects, social and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
Schedule property inspections. Follow-up on scheduled inspection appointments with tenants. Use of company car to travel to inspection locations. Prepare inspection reports and delivery of reports to property owners. Communicate repair needs from inspection results to company maintenance department. Collect tenant rent payments. Intake of office received mail and internal delivery of received mail as well as manage outgoing mail. Assist in marketing of available properties and process incoming applications. Assist in answering incoming calls and voicemails. Assist in filing office paperwork. Assist in processing tenant related paperwork. Help maintain a clean and organizing office space and storage. Perform special projects and other office related tasks as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: Communicate with proficiency both in writing and in person. Excellent social and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate computer skills, such as word processing and other office software. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Create positive results and complete your tasks efficiently and independently.
