Job Description

Location :
Monterey, CA (On-Site) The Pearl Works is seeking a grounded, people-loving, systems-savvy team member to hold space for our daily operations and community rhythm. This is a key anchor role in our coworking and meeting space — offering both practical structure and genuine care to our members, guests, and partners. You'll be the first smile people meet, the person who keeps the gears running smoothly, and a relational touchpoint that helps people feel at home. If you love weaving together hospitality, operations, and a bit of tech-savvy magic — you'll thrive here. ✨ What You'll Be DoingDaily Space Operations Open the space each morning and ensure it's ready by 9am Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming environment Restock supplies and coordinate service vendors as needed Process and manage daily mail and member requests Member Experience & Community Care Greet members and guests with warmth and presence Onboard new members (workspace + virtual mail) with care and clarity Host welcome meetings to build early relationships and invite people into the community Keep internal community touchpoints up to date (bulletin board, Slack, etc.) Plan and execute monthly community events that foster connection and delight Track and celebrate member birthdays, milestones, and wins Tech & Systems Coordination Maintain and update our core platforms (Coworks, Airtable, Flodesk, Kisi, etc.) Troubleshoot tech issues and coordinate support tickets as needed Support signage, internal workflows, and workspace communication Prepare monthly expense reports for bookkeeping Sales & Communication Lead thoughtful, welcoming space tours for prospective members Respond to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins Guide members in using tools like Coworks, Piloto Mail, printers, and more Help keep member-facing materials and guides up to date ⭐️
