Job Description

KJAX Property is currently looking for a full-time community manager to oversee the day-to day activities at a multifamily property in Placerville, CA. This is an on-site manager opportunity and includes a free unit. Prospective employee is required to live at the property (after a waiting period to establish that employee is a good fit.) What you will do:
Correspond with prospective residents, schedule and attend showings of vacant units, and review rental applications. Maintain property appearance and ensure any necessary repairs are noted and resolved in a timely manner. Establish positive rapport with residents, vendors, and staff Communicate with current residents regarding upcoming maintenance, work orders, and collection of any unpaid rent (including basic admin/technical support) Collect, record, and deposit rent checks What you need: Positive and professional attitude and respect for others Computer competency, including the ability to navigate Google workspace, Microsoft Office, and other programs as necessary Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) Effective time management and the ability to work alone and with a team Ability to multiple languages is a huge plus! Property Management experience is highly preferred, and a background of customer service / sales is a plus. Pay /
Benefits:
$22-$28 per hour DOE 401k plus employer contribution 11 paid holidays and 11 days PTO Medical/Dental/Vision plans with employer contribution Free Rent (employee required to live on-site)
