Asset Advisor (Sales - Property Management) Grace & Glory Real Estate Group Pomona, CA Job Details Full-time $3,000 - $7,000 a month 4 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Online advertising English Real Estate License Property management Full Job Description About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Asset Advisor to help grow our property management portfolio. This is a sales-focused role — heavy on cold calling, owner outreach, and deal conversion . You'll be speaking with property owners and real estate agents daily, building relationships, and turning conversations into signed management clients. If you're comfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection, and pushing deals forward — this role will reward you. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to property owners and introduce our services Follow up consistently with leads and prospects Educate owners on short-term vs long-term rental strategies Reach out to real estate agents for referral partnerships Convert leads into signed property management clients Conduct property visits and in-person meetings (LA area) Support sales materials, client onboarding, and deal coordination Represent the company professionally across calls, texts, and meetings What We're Looking For Strong phone presence and communication skills Comfortable with high-volume cold calling Confident, proactive, and resilient under rejection Consistent with follow-ups — you don't drop the ball Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once Interest in real estate, sales, and business growth Able to travel locally when needed Required Sales experience and / or Background in real estate, property management Preferred (Not Required) Bilingual (English, Chinese, Spanish, Etc.)
