Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Class "A" office properties in San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional tenant experiences while maximizing property performance. The Commercial Property Manager will be primarily responsible for the overall management and operation of Class "A" commercial office properties on behalf of ownership while ensuring a best-in-class experience for tenants. Located in San Diego, CA, Full-time, Monday-Friday, $100,000
  • $120,000 DOE +
Benefits Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with on-site property management teams to ensure high-quality tenant services and day-to-day operations
  • Manage properties to Class "A" standards while exceeding tenant expectations
  • Prepare annual operating budgets and periodic reforecasts
  • Oversee monthly accounting accruals and review monthly financial statements
  • Prepare monthly variance analyses and management reports for ownership
  • Process and prepare client back-charges for contractor services performed
  • Partner with the Leasing Department to support leasing activity, including:
  • Coordinating prospective tenant showings Conducting move-in and move-out inspections
  • Preparing lease abstracts and related documentation
  • Coordinating possession and delivery documents
  • Maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships while ensuring timely resolution of property issues
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure operational efficiency across all properties
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of Class "A" office property management experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • RPA, CPM, or other industry designation preferred
  • Strong financial and budgeting experience within commercial real estate
  • Experience with property management/accounting software such as MRI, Yardi, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and tenant relations skills
