As a new Self Storage Assistant Manager, prepare for an exciting blend of responsibilities that will keep your days engaging and dynamic! You'll be the friendly face greeting customers, ensuring their needs are met with a smile at multiple locations. Day-to-day tasks will include managing rental agreements, conducting property inspections, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. Expect a mix of administrative duties like handling inquiries via phone or email and troubleshooting any customer issues with grace. You'll also oversee the security of the property, helping to keep our community safe. Your workweek will run from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and you'll shine on weekends with a schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.
