Job Description

We are currently hiring a Permanent, Supportive Housing Property Manager for Danny's Home for Heroes in Quartz Hill, CA. This community consists of 36 total 1-bedroom apartment homes for Veteran's experiencing homeless. This community offers 1 bedroom furnished apartments. It is a community focused initiative dedicated to providing housing and support services for veterans and their families. We are looking for applicants with the following experience:
MUST HAVE 2
years with Affordable Housing Property Management
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING
Experience with Case Management, Social Services, Mental Health, and/or Veteran's a plus Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing work environment Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills are a MUST Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.) A friendly, outgoing personality The ability to interact with a variety of personality types Flexibility and ability to identify problems and offer solutions Daily Duties Include, but are not limited to: Interface with Residents - Communicate often and effectively with residents, enforce property rules and regulations Rent Collection & Aged Receivable collection Completing all LIHTC Annual Recertification's by the deadline Processing Applications and Move-In Packets for Approval Property Accounts Receivable and Payable, ensuring tenants pay outstanding balances as necessary Entering and Monitoring Work Order Requests Offer Basic Resident Activities Work together with the Maintenance Tech to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Work together with Resident and Support Services to ensure successful housing. Perform all aspects of property management Follow all company policies without fail Compensation includes: Hourly Pay Rate = $24 - $25 per hour, BASED
