The successful candidate should be fluent in Spanish. The Director/Inspector will represent our company as property leader and must maintain a professional attitude and appearance in and out of the office, at resident functions and marketing events as this position has direct contact with our student residents, school administration, and property managers. This position will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of a student housing program at one of our client schools, which will include property management, timely inspections, and student services functions. The position will be responsible for supporting future and current students with their housing needs through a high volume of communication, interaction, and follow-up, while creating a culture of positivity and personal growth. It will be the responsibility of the Director of Resident Life to embrace and nurture a professional relationship with the Compass Rose Student Housing partners, customers, and clients by continually going above and beyond thereby creating great customer service experience. Experience in Property Management, Leasing and or School Admissions are qualities that would be of benefit for this position. Exercise discretion in overseeing all resident communication, including events and notices. Responsible for inspecting apartments in preparation for move-ins, move outs and monthly, schedule and monitor maintenance work orders, rent collection and eviction processes in partnership with centralized services as needed. Effectively resolve resident conflicts and disputes. Maintain key control oversight, including key box access. Candidates must have good computer skills and knowledge. Must live in the Rancho Cucamonga, CA area. No relocation assistance is available.
