Our office is located in Roseville by the Fountains and Galleria Mall near I-80. We manage investment property in Sacramento, Citrus Heights, North Highlands, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Roseville, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Loomis, Granite Bay, Antelope, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, W. Sacramento, and Elk Grove. Our sales division, Titan Realty assists sellers and buyers in the Greater Sacramento Area for experienced sales agents. Leasing Agent Job Summary Assist potential Tenants with finding the ideal rental for them and/or their family. Respond to potential Tenant leads by email and phone with details about rentals and qualifications for renting. Schedule and show available rental listings to prospective tenants throughout Greater Sacramento (not an onsite leasing position; must drive to homes and small multi-unit complexes to meet potential applicants). A dedicated desk and extension will be available at the office, but requires agent have laptop and smartphone. General Accountabilities Show rental units on occasion; primarily use self-showing smart lockboxes. Pre-screen potential Applicants Explain rental qualifications Keeps an accurate log of keys in their possession and any lockboxes placed on vacant units. Performs a variety of tasks in calm and controlled manner. Plans and schedules work in advance. Reaches decisions quickly based on available information. Acts as innovative and/or creative source to consider solutions to problems. Performs duties to attain the highest levels of resident service. Responds promptly to employees/customers needs and concerns. Determines needs of customers while being pleasant, cheerful and tactful. Performs a variety of duties associated with the renting of a vacancy Prepares and submits time sheets and mileage logs in a timely and accurate manner. Analyzes and monitors rental market conditions to anticipate market changes or trends that could affect their vacancies. Inspects property common areas, models and vacant units when showing and reports any issues. Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing laws and standards. Take marketing photos for advertising Monitor advertising as needed Performs move-in inspection prior to new tenant moving in. Requirements Active California Real Estate License Mandatory for this position Valid Driver license Auto insurance with minimum 100,000/300,000/100,000 coverage and Titan Property Management listed as additionally insured Reliable vehicle Smartphone Laptop Knowledge of Gmail, Google Calendar, Appfolio, zInspector, and Rently Scheduler Schedule Your work schedule is full-time Monday through Friday during business hours of 8am to 5pm. Compensation Base salary plus commission per lease up. Additional commission structure for new accounts; a monthly commission will be paid based on management fee of any new accounts generated. Marketing material available for networking allowing you to build a residual income. Leasing agent will be allowed to perform Real Estate sales as well with an 70/30 split for any self-generated listings.
