We are looking for applicants with the following skills: Apartment Maintenance Repair Experience Experience Turning Vacant Units Appliance Repair Experience HVAC Repair Experience Plumbing and Electrical repair experience Knowledge of Building Systems Ability to Work as a Team and Meet Deadlines Ability to Follow Company Policies and Procedures Ability to Communicate Problems and Offer Solutions Ability to set priorities and complete assigned tasks Experience with 3rd party
Agency Inspections:
TAX CREDIT, REAC, SHRA, etc.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Completing Work Orders Efficiently Maintaining the Property Curb Appeal daily Turning Vacant Units per procedure Appliance, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Repairs Drywall & Painting Repairs Conducting Unit Inspections Working as a Team Preparing for Inspections Offering Excellent Customer Service Following all company policies & procedures, fair housing laws, etc. Ability to respond to After-Hours maintenance emergencies Picking Up Trash around the property, cleaning out trash enclosures and chutes Other duties assigned by the
Supervisor Compensation Details:
Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday
- Friday 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM Hourly Pay Rate = $26
- $27 per hour, based on Maintenance Management experience Health Benefits with a minimal employee contribution 20 days Paid Personal Time Off including Sick time accrued in 1st year 13 Paid Holidays per year AFLAC Supplemental Insurance available
