  • Residential Crisis Program to support the Director of Residential Crisis Program and provide leadership across our residential locations. Position Summary The Regional Manager
  • Residential Crisis Program supports the Director of Residential Crisis Program in overseeing the administrative, compliance, and operational functions of multiple residential programs.
This position provides leadership and guidance to ARF Administrators while ensuring programs operate in accordance with applicable regulations, agency policies, program designs, and quality standards. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred CURRENT Adult Residential Facility (ARF) certification and minimum of one year of experience as an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Administrator Minimum of three years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Exceptional written communication skills, including strong English grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and professional report-writing abilities. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, deadlines, and competing demands Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to travel between residential locations as needed Ability to work in-office and on-site; this is not a remote position Pre-Employment Requirements Valid and current auto insurance CA Driver's License and DMV report In-depth criminal background check Reference verification Education verification Immunization records Negative TB test What You'll Do Regional Leadership & Operations Support the Director of Residential Services in overseeing residential program operations and provide leadership, training, and supervision to Residential Administrators. Monitor staffing, schedules, program implementation, and adherence to agency policies, procedures, and approved program designs. Provide operational support and Administrator coverage as needed to ensure continuity of services. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure residential programs maintain compliance with applicable California regulations, Community Care Licensing (CCL), DDS, Regional Center requirements, agency policies, residents' rights, and health and safety standards. Conduct audits and review IBSTs , ISPs, Special Incident Reports (SIRs), Program Review Reports (PRRs), and other required documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. Identify trends in SIRs/PRRs and collaborate with QBMP and Senior Clinical Director/Trainers to ensure trainings are conducted to address needs Prepare programs for regulatory reviews and audits; identify deficiencies and partner with leadership to implement and monitor corrective actions. Ensure Biopsychosocial Assessments are completed as part of intake within 7 days of resident admission and conducted with the administrator Attend meetings with CCL, DDS, and Regional Centers as needed Monitor required staff training, CEUs, certifications, and other compliance requirements. Conduct planned and unplanned patient/client/personal record audits Aggregate data in preparation for audits and annual reporting in conjunction with CCH Administrators to ensure readiness for Alta Regional's quarterly QA and DDS 6-month audits Staff & Program Development Coach and support Residential Administrators in staff management, performance, regulatory compliance, and program quality. Fill in as ARF Administrator during vacancies Collaborate with clinical leadership to support consistent implementation of individualized services. Assist with recruitment, hiring, and intake processes as needed. Communication & Professional Responsibilities Maintain effective communication with organizational leadership, Residential Administrators, clinical teams, families, Regional Centers, and other stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. Maintain required professional certifications, including ARF certification, RBT certification , and complete required training and continuing education. Stay current on applicable regulations, residential services requirements, and best practices.
Compensation:
$100,000
