Job Description

Experienced Residential & Commercial Property Manager A.G. Davi Ltd. is seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Monterey, California, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential and commercial property management experience Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience coordinating maintenance vendors, tenant relations, leasing, inspections, budgeting, owner reporting, and client relations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation California Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred but not required at the time of hire. Successful candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a California Real Estate Salesperson License within a reasonable period after employment.
