Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing property maintenance, and maximizing the property's financial performance. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties. Market vacant units and coordinate property showings. Screen prospective tenants, process applications, and execute lease agreements. Collect rent and monitor delinquent accounts. Respond promptly to tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee vendors and contractors. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance and property standards. Prepare and manage operating budgets. Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and financial records. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing laws. Prepare monthly reports for ownership or senior management. Develop positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of property management or real estate experience. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager, or similar) is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Budget management and financial reporting experience. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
