This role is vital in ensuring the property runs smoothly, residents are satisfied, and all leasing and administrative functions are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for customer service, strong organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property management regulations to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents and staff alike. General Responsibilities :
Renting Activities- Advertising preparation
- Showing vacancies
- Keeping vacant units cleaned
- Vacuuming carpets
- Answering calls Rent Collections
- Serving late rent notices
- Serving 3-day notices Administration
- Enforcement of apartment community rules Record Keeping
- Manager's weekly time report
- Record of location by unit of all furniture and equipment owned by Employer Property Monitoring
