The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills , be confident in working with students , and be able to handle student life issues efficiently and responsibly . This role also requires close coordination with the teacher team and timely reporting of student concerns. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required. Job Duties Supervise and manage students in the residential setting Communicate with students clearly and effectively on a daily basis Address and resolve student life-related issues promptly Monitor student behavior, routines, and general dormitory management Report student problems, concerns, or unusual situations immediately Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to support students Follow up on student issues and ensure proper communication within the team Help maintain order, structure, and accountability in student living spaces Requirements Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English Strong communication and student management skills Able to handle student-related issues with maturity and professionalism Good coordination and teamwork ability Strong sense of responsibility and responsiveness Able to provide timely and accurate feedback to supervisors and staff Experience in dormitory management, student affairs, school support, or youth supervision preferred Position Details On-site position Full-time preferred
