This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, is good at listening and communicating, and can respond quickly when students need help with daily life matters. The position also requires close collaboration with teachers and staff to ensure students receive timely support. Candidates must be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English. What You Will Do Build positive relationships with students and communicate with them effectively Support students with daily life concerns and residential adjustment Help manage student routines, behavior, and dormitory life Identify student issues early and report them to the team promptly Work together with teachers and colleagues to support student well-being Assist in resolving student life problems in a calm and professional manner Maintain clear communication with staff members regarding student needs Help create a respectful, structured, and caring student environment What We Are Looking For Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English Excellent communication skills Strong ability to connect with and guide students Able to manage student issues with patience and professionalism Strong teamwork and coordination skills Responsible, attentive, and good at follow-up Experience working with students, young adults, or in an educational setting is a plus Preferred Qualities Warm but firm personality Good judgment and problem-solving ability Able to communicate student concerns quickly and clearly Comfortable working closely with a team
