Join Our Team! We are seeking both a Property Manager and a Property Management Assistant We're not just hiring employees...we're building an amazing team! We manage long-term residential, commercial, and vacation rental properties throughout Santa Cruz County, and we're looking for positive, hardworking people who genuinely enjoy helping others I n a fast-paced environment. We're currently hiring for two positions : Property Manager (California Real Estate License required or willingness to obtain one) Property Management Assistant (Part-Time) Whether you're an experienced property manager or someone looking to grow into the industry, we want people with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional service. What You'll Be Doing Depending on the position and your experience, responsibilities may include: Long-Term & Commercial Property Management Marketing available properties Showing rental properties Screening prospective tenants Preparing leases and move-in documentation Collecting rents and monitoring delinquent accounts Serving notices when appropriate, including Three-Day Notices Coordinating maintenance and repairs Conducting move-in, move-out, and routine inspections Monitoring lease expirations and coordinating rent increases Building strong relationships with property owners Providing regular updates and property performance reports Helping maximize occupancy and protect our clients' investments Vacation Rental Management Our vacation rental division is hands-on, fast-paced, and seasonal. No two days are ever the same!
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with daily vacation rental operations Conducting pre-arrival and post-departure property inspections Coordinating guest arrivals and departures Communicating with guests before, during, and after their stay Ensuring homes are fully stocked and guest-ready Delivering supplies, linens, and inventory Preparing supply orders Coordinating with cleaners, maintenance vendors, and contractors Identifying maintenance needs and recommending property improvements Responding quickly to guest questions and unexpected issues Running business-related errands as needed Supporting weekend and seasonal operations
We're Looking For People Who Are:
Positive, upbeat, and energetic Dependable and punctual Friendly and professional Excellent communicators Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Team players who are willing to help wherever needed Great problem-solvers who stay calm under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day QualificationsProperty Manager California Real Estate License, or willingness to obtain one Property management or real estate experience preferred Property Management Assistant Customer service, hospitality, or property management experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude. Requirements for Both Positions Reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Current automobile insurance Ability to travel throughout Santa Cruz County Comfortable using smartphones, email, and computer software Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and perform inspections Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during our busy vacation rental season Why You'll Love Working Here We're a locally owned, growing company where every day brings something different.
