We manage long-term residential, commercial, and vacation rental properties throughout Santa Cruz County, and we're looking for positive, hardworking people who genuinely enjoy helping others I n a fast-paced environment. We're currently hiring for two positions : Property Manager (California Real Estate License required or willingness to obtain one) Property Management Assistant (Part-Time) Whether you're an experienced property manager or someone looking to grow into the industry, we want people with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional service. What You'll Be Doing Depending on the position and your experience, responsibilities may include: Long-Term & Commercial Property Management Marketing available properties Showing rental properties Screening prospective tenants Preparing leases and move-in documentation Collecting rents and monitoring delinquent accounts Serving notices when appropriate, including Three-Day Notices Coordinating maintenance and repairs Conducting move-in, move-out, and routine inspections Monitoring lease expirations and coordinating rent increases Building strong relationships with property owners Providing regular updates and property performance reports Helping maximize occupancy and protect our clients' investments Vacation Rental Management Our vacation rental division is hands-on, fast-paced, and seasonal. No two days are ever the same!
