This is a dynamic position that combines commercial and residential property management with executive-level administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Primary Responsibilities Property Management Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors. Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee repairs from start to completion. Schedule property inspections and ensure properties are well maintained. Prepare lease documents, renewals, notices, and tenant correspondence. Track rent collections and assist with accounts receivable. Obtain vendor bids, coordinate projects, and monitor contractor performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate tenant and property records. Executive Assistant Prepare reports, contracts, and other business documents. Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems. Assist with project coordination and special assignments. Handle confidential information with discretion. Support day-to-day operations to keep the executive team organized and productive. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor and customer service mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
