Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

$38-$42/hour + incentive opportunities About the Opportunity A well-established commercial real estate organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a multi-tenant commercial/industrial property portfolio. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in property operations, tenant relations, leasing, and financial management. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, with responsibility for maintaining operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and asset performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property operations, including building systems, security, janitorial services, landscaping, and parking. Manage tenant relationships and support retention efforts through exceptional customer service. Handle leasing activities, lease renewals, and lease administration. Assist with marketing and occupancy initiatives. Prepare operating budgets, CAM estimates, reconciliations, and financial reports. Manage accounts payable/receivable, rent collections, delinquencies, insurance certificates, and other property administration functions. Coordinate capital improvement and tenant improvement projects, including vendor selection and bid management. Ensure properties are maintained in a professional and marketable condition while maximizing revenue and controlling expenses. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 3 years of commercial property management experience. Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements and multi-tenant office, industrial, or warehouse properties. Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information. Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
