Responsible for supporting the strategic leadership of SilverDoor's Residential Services by overseeing the daily activity of the warehouse and field staff. Ensures proper handling of inventory, shortages and damages Maintains adequate par stock of inventory and supplies Trains and develops staff for maximum productivity Ensures all warehouse equipment is in good operating condition Performs warehouse and field inspections Assist and supervise Residential Services associates Works closely with management to ensure budgetary goals and expenditures are kept in line with budget requirements Ensures safe working environment Ensures delivery vehicles are properly stocked and maintained Maintains warehouse facilities Ensures safety practices for both employees and vehicles meet all company and regulatory requirements. Assists with scheduling Apartment Specialists and Housekeepers to ensure that all stops are completed within time and quality guidelines. Under specific guidelines, supports the management of the vehicle maintenance routine for the company's fleet of vehicles Opens and or closes the distribution center Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

1 to 2 years' related experience. Hospitality background a plus. Computer literate Ability to use a forklift Previous supervisory experience Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Valid CA Driver's License Pay:

Up to $70,000.00 per year
