Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently oversee day-to-day property operations to achieve financial and operational goals. Demonstrate financial prudence, adhering to the approved budget, and overseeing maintenance. Lead lease enforcement, handling approvals for applications, discounts, and renewals. Provide mentorship to property staff, ensuring team goals through effective hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a strong client/owner relationship with regular updates and by addressing owner requests.
Requirements:
Previous property management experience with a proven track record. Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi/OneSite software. Strong financial acumen, budget creation, and fiscal reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. LIHTC/TX
