Our fast paced and growing residential property management company is searching for a part-time On-Site Manager for a 22 - unit apartment complex in Vista, CA. You will work with our team of leasing, maintenance, and bookkeeping staff to provide excellent service to your residents. As an On-Site Manager some of your duties may include, but are not limited to: Preparing and Serving Notices Scheduling and showing vacant units Inspecting vacant units and giving the corporate office your recommendations Scheduling vacancy turn over work with outside vendors and follow up. Submitting and managing maintenance requests Responding to and handling property/tenant emergencies Cleaning of facility: light fixtures, signage, cleaning grounds of trash and litter, railings, etc. Being a liaison for the residents and the corporate office. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, self-motivated, able to work independently and have the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Strong grammar and organizational skills
• Proficiency with technology such as property management software, email, Internet and MS office.
• Ability to multi-task between duties
• Minimum one year previous residential management experience required Job location is in Vista, CA (San Diego County) Compensation is $17.
