A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We manage luxury residences with a strong commitment to excellence, discretion, organization, and client service. We are looking for someone with high integrity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Responsibilities Assist with management and maintenance coordination of luxury residential properties Execute projects and tasks with professionalism and efficiency Utilize technology platforms, digital checklists, scheduling tools, and communication systems Maintain organized records and complete tasks accurately Coordinate with vendors, homeowners, and team members Support property inspections, inventory management, and operational logistics Perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects when needed Adapt to changing priorities and seasonal demands Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated High level of integrity and professionalism Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Flexible and adaptable attitude Comfortable using smartphones, apps, email, and technology systems Ability to follow systems, processes, and detailed checklists Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects Bilingual candidates are a plus Specialized skills and trade experience are encouraged Prior property management, hospitality, construction, or luxury service experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive wage based on experience Fuel and transportation provided Health care insurance offered after 3 months of employment 401(k) offered after 3 months of employment Opportunity to grow within a respected luxury property management company If you take pride in your work, value professionalism, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment in one of Colorado's most beautiful regions, we'd like to hear from you.
