The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and have a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Operations:
Oversee the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of available properties, including unit features, amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood. Conduct property showings, tours, and presentations to prospective residents, addressing questions and concerns. Assist with the application process, including screening prospective tenants, reviewing applications, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Negotiate lease terms and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Track and report on leasing activity, including move-ins, vacancies, and lease renewals.
Team Leadership:
Set goals and expectations for leasing and ensure consistent performance. Coordinate and lead team meetings to review leasing goals, performance, and upcoming property availability.
Resident Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service to potential and current residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain positive relationships with residents to encourage renewals and referrals. Assist residents with move-in processes and ensure a smooth transition into their new residence.
Marketing & Outreach:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract potential residents. Work with the marketing team to create property listings, online advertisements, and promotional materials. Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities to promote available properties.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure timely submission of all reports and paperwork. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws, including fair housing regulations. Collaborate with property management staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for leasing.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
