Auburn Brook Apartments is looking for an energetic and motivated Community Manager to lead our beautiful community in the heart of Castle Rock, Colorado. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others, solving challenges, and creating a welcoming community residents are proud to call home, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of a luxury apartment community. Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team. Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance. Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects. Oversee leasing, renewals, budgeting, rent collections, and compliance. Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve operational goals. Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For Previous apartment community management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Yardi experience is a plus.
