A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.

Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects. Oversee leasing, renewals, budgeting, rent collections, and compliance. Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve operational goals. Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For Previous apartment community management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Yardi experience is a plus.
