Community Manager

Job Overview:

Dunmire Property Management is looking for an experienced community manager to oversee 100+ units at two multi-family properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work with an energetic team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-family property, and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction
• Scheduling and coordinating with other onsite employees in regards to tenant maintenance requests
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety regulations
• Stay up to date with all Fair Housing regulations
• Prepare leases, collect rents, assist with applications, show property to prospective tenants
• Handle tenant inquiries/complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in multi-family housing preferred
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in data entry
• Understanding of property leasing processes and their best practices Note-this job description is intended to give an overview of the position.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
