Description Youth Residential House Supervisor Grand Junction, CO Description Youth Residential House Supervisor One Full Time Position. 40 + hours per week 24/7 Facility, shifts typically Monday
- Friday day hours, may need to cover, evenings or overnights as needed
Hiring Range:
$22.52- 24.
Minimum Requirements Required:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to successfully pass all required background checks, reference checks, and psychosocial evaluation/assessment as required by licensing standards. Minimum of two years of experience working with at-risk youth, child welfare, behavioral health, or residential treatment programs. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a residential, youth services, or human services setting.Preferred:
One or more years' experience supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, or other disabilities in residential, educational, behavioral health, or community-based settings. 3+ years of supervisory or program management experience. Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Child Development, or a related field. We care about our team! Certifications/Licenses Required:
Valid Colorado Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. CPR, First Aid- before contact with clients. Agency/Department training. Informed Supervision training. CPI
- within 60 days of hire, may not be left unsupervised with clients until this training is completed. Sex Offender training

- (Medical Administration Certification) within 60 days of hire, may not provide medication to clients without this certification. Client Specific Medical Needs Training, as required with current clients. May not perform any medical care unless properly trained. Foster Care CORE Training Van Drivers Training
