Job Description
Community ManagerLead, Inspire, Succeed Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, the Community Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of an apartment community located in Lakewood. This community has a total of 234 apartment homes. You'll work closely with residents, vendors, and your onsite team to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize occupancy, and maintain the overall success of the communities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Community Manager experience, and possess a strong ownership mentality with a passion for leadership and resident satisfaction. How You Will Make a Difference Lead the daily operations of an apartment community while maintaining company standards. Motivate, support, and develop onsite staff to achieve optimal performance and professional growth. Analyze property financials, market surveys, rent rolls, and loss-to-lease reports to maximize property performance. Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy, including online and social media advertising. Maintain exceptional curb appeal through regular property inspections and attention to detail. Ensure maintenance requests and repairs are completed promptly while maintaining accurate records. Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members through exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Ready to Lead? Here's What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of onsite Community Manager experience. CAM designation, Real Estate License, college degree, or equivalent experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, internet browsers, and property management software. AppFolio or similar property management software experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, labor laws, eviction procedures, and OSHA safety requirements. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current insurance, and good driving record.
