Job Description
Assistant Manager At Ute Creek Apartments, we're looking for someone friendly, reliable, and organized to join our team as an Assistant Manager. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a community, this could be a great fit. In this role, you'll help keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. That includes assisting with rent collection and keeping records accurate and up to date, giving tours and helping prospective residents find their new home, and processing applications and leases. You'll also be a go-to person for residents by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping coordinate service requests and organizing the make-ready schedule. Staying organized is key, as you'll track guest cards, calls, and online inquiries while using OneSite to keep everything current. From time to time, you'll also support marketing efforts and help make sure the office and community always look clean, welcoming, and ready to show. We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, and works well as part of a team. Experience in leasing, property management, or office work is helpful but not required. Strong computer skills and general computer literacy are important, including the ability to learn and navigate property management software. Familiarity with Real Page Unified, Knock, Social media, and Microsoft systems is a plus. This role does require being on your feet at times, walking the property and stairs. A valid driver's license is required. If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same and you can really connect with residents, we'd love to hear from you.
