Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the assigned properties in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company, state, federal and local law, industry standards, and best practices. Maintaining Professional communication with co-workers, vendors, and residents.
Requirements Comprehension and Verbal Skills:
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning and Problem Solving:
Ability to apply common sense understanding in responding to written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems based on experience and/or independent judgment. Certifications [KS1] ,

As required by Company based on location and property type.
