Compensation:
$68,000 - $72,000
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repairs. Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while optimizing resource allocation. Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Facilitate effective communication between tenants and management, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Lead and mentor a team of property staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
Previous property management experience required. Experience with Hud and Section 8 procedures. Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
