- Full-time Growing commercial real estate company seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to assist with day-to-day management of industrial and mixed-use properties.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating vendors and outside contractors Tracking repairs, maintenance, and project progress Following up on open operational items Walking properties and identifying issues proactively- Assisting with tenant-related issues and scheduling Managing maintenance coordination and task follow-through Organizing operational updates, photos, and documentation Using software systems to track projects and progress Working closely with ownership on priorities and execution
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously Experience in construction, facilities, maintenance coordination, or property operations preferred Highly responsive and proactive Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Competitive compensation based on experience.
Pay:
