Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in real estate? Join our dynamic property management team as an Office Administrator and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to property managers Manage emails, phone calls, calendars, and scheduling Organize and maintain property files, leases, and tenant records Assist with preparing lease agreements, notices, and other legal documents Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory Support marketing efforts, including posting listings and scheduling showings Qualifications Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (real estate experience preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio) a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and real estate training Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you're ready to bring your skills to a growing property management company, we'd love to hear from you!
