Portfolio Manager - Vice President iCapital - 3.3 Greenwich, CT Job Details Full-time $160,000 - $220,000 a year 20 hours ago Benefits Unlimited paid time off Dental insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Reducing portfolio risk Full Job Description About the Role iCapital is seeking two mid-senior level investment professionals for its portfolio management team, who will each be responsible for building and managing an evergreen portfolio comprised of private equity and/or private real asset investments. Each hire will serve as the primary portfolio manager for a newly launched evergreen, registered fund: one focused on private equity fund investments and co-investments, and one focused on private real assets fund investments and co-investments. These professionals will play integral roles in helping grow iCapital's evergreen registered fund business. Responsibilities Perform due diligence on private equity and private real assets co- and fund investment and co-investment opportunities, as applicable to the relevant fund mandate. Manage portfolio construction and liquidity across multiple underlying strategies. Drive overall strategy and play a key role in discussions with existing and potential investors. Monitor portfolio performance and manage external partnerships with underlying general partners. Collaborate with internal teams, including Distribution, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. Qualifications 7-12+ years of relevant experience in private markets investing Experience participating in fundraising discussions with prospective investors Familiar with risk management concepts associated with portfolio construction Experience with private equity or private real assets, depending on the relevant fund mandate Experience with evergreen and registered offerings is a plus Experience in the wealth channel is a plus Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to problem-solve and make sound recommendations under pressure Professional and confident demeanor, including comfort interacting with senior industry professionals Benefits The base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $220,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
