As an assistant and leasing agent and a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for leasing and managing the daily activities of the properties. This position will also require you to contribute regularly in a broad range of tasks that include but not limited to administration, marketing & social media, customer service, operations, business development, and resident relations. Job Duties Marketing and leasing of units Answering phone calls, take accurate messages & forward appropriately Responding to phone inquiries and internet leads Scheduling & showing units using own vehicle (gas reimbursement) Provide outstanding customer service to residents & receive payments Process maintenance requests, coordinate with maintenance, and follow up to ensure timely completion of work orders Process applications for prospective tenants- credit & background checks Ensure leases are complete and properly executed Responsible for general office and administrative duties Enforce property policies and resolve tenant concerns Social media postings & monitoring Job Requirements Superior organizational, communicative, administrative skills & acute attention to detail Self-motivated and hard working Desire to learn, adapt, and take initiative Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) Customer service experience Leasing/property management experience a must Valid CT driver's license and own vehicle Bilingual a plus Must be willing & able to work some evenings or Saturdays as required Benefits Paid holidays Paid vacations
