We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Community Manager to lead our onsite team. Position Summary The Community Manager is responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, leasing success, and team leadership at the community. This individual will lead by example, foster a positive culture, and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards while maximizing occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities Lead all daily operations of the community. Recruit, train, coach, and develop onsite team members. Drive leasing performance and occupancy goals. Manage resident relations and provide outstanding customer service. Oversee budgets, rent collections, delinquency, and financial reporting. Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and all applicable regulations. Coordinate with maintenance to ensure the community is well maintained and service requests are completed promptly. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and asset quality. Plan resident events and initiatives that enhance community engagement. Build strong relationships with vendors and oversee contract performance. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of multifamily property management experience. Previous experience managing a luxury apartment community preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred. Financial management, budgeting, and reporting experience. Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For Positive, energetic, and hands-on leader.
