Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Required:

Commercial Real Estate Property Management Experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of commercial real estate properties. This position will be responsible for property operations, tenant and vendor relationships, lease administration, financial management, budgeting, inspections, and Client reporting. The Property Manager will work closely with tenants, owners, vendors, contractors, accounting, and leasing teams to ensure properties are well maintained, financially sound, and operating in accordance with Client requirements. Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties and ensure compliance with management agreements

Oversee all lease administration activities, including lease abstracts, amendments, expirations, and compliance

Monitor rent collections and coordinate default proceedings as needed

Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets

Track budget variances and oversee CAM reconciliations and recovery processes

Conduct regular property inspections, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections as required

Manage tenant and vendor relationships and address tenant concerns and service requests

Solicit bids, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor vendor performance

Oversee tenant improvements, capital projects, building repairs, and construction activities

Coordinate with accounting and third-party owners to ensure accurate and timely financial and operational reporting

Provide leadership and oversight to property staff, including hiring, training, delegation, and performance management

Participate in leasing and Client meetings and maintain communication between leasing, property management, accounting, and other teams

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, safety requirements, and property management policies

Maintain accurate property records and lease information within property management systems

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate property management experience

Strong knowledge of commercial property operations and building systems

Experience managing tenant, vendor, contractor, and owner relationships

Experience with budgets, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, and lease administration

Strong understanding of commercial leases and contract language

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple properties and competing deadlines

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to travel between properties as required

Valid driver's license required
