In this energetic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and vendors, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless property operations. Your expertise in property management tools, legal regulations, and team leadership will drive community satisfaction and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about creating welcoming environments while managing the complexities of property leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between residents, prospects, vendors, and internal teams to foster positive relationships and resolve issues promptly. Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. Utilize property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, and CMMS to maintain accurate records of leasing activities, rent payments, maintenance requests, and client communications. Manage property leasing processes from marketing units to conducting tours, upselling features, and negotiating lease terms to maximize occupancy rates. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. Handle conflict management with tact and professionalism, mediating disputes between tenants or staff while adhering to legal standards like Section 8 and LIHTC guidelines. Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses, preparing reports, and assisting with financial planning related to property operations. Lead team management efforts by supervising staff members involved in leasing, customer service, or administrative roles to ensure high performance standards. Skills Proficiency with property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, Appfolio and CMMS systems. Strong knowledge of legal administrative processes related to landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC compliance, and contracts management. Excellent customer service skills with phone etiquette expertise and client relationship management capabilities. Experience in real estate administrative tasks including data entry, filing, lease management, and contract negotiations. Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations. Skilled in team management with a focus on motivating staff members toward shared goals. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management best practices.
