at Choices for Community Living in Dover, Delaware, United States Job Description Full-time, non-exempt position, 40hours/week with varying schedule, including some evenings and possible weekend hours. Emergency coverage and on-call coverage is required. Major Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to the following: Supervise two homes and staff in Harrington and Seaford Training and supervising all direct support professional staff Developing and maintaining staffing schedule and staffing ratio Development and monitoring of all participant goals Maintain attendance billing Manage staffing and expenses within the budget, coordinate food shopping, ordering supplies Maintain vehicle service schedule Compliance with all regulations, polices, and procedures, surveys and audits Schedule and arrange all medical appointments, oversight of medication administration and medical requirements Oversee daily documentation of all services and complete manager entries into electronic files per regulation Monitor all functions of assigned residential site operations.
