Job Description
Job Summary Assistant Property Manager We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our residential property management division. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with leasing, coordinate maintenance, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with leasing activities, including applications, renewals, and lease documentation. Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and ensure timely completion. Maintain tenant files, contracts, and property records. Respond professionally to tenant inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and administrative reporting. Support compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and applicable housing programs. Conduct property inspections and assist with move-ins and move-outs. Help resolve tenant concerns while maintaining positive resident relationships. Qualifications Previous property management or real estate office experience preferred, Training is also available. Real Estate License Preferred ( We provide licensing incentives) Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
