Overseas Highway, Big Pine Key, FL 33043 Breezy Pines Community Manager (Part-time position) Join a Relaxed, Community-Focused Environment in the Florida Keys. Breezy Pines RV Estates is a welcoming 98-lot RV condominium community located in beautiful Big Pine Key, Florida. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Part-Time Community Manager to support daily operations and serve as a key point of contact for residents and the Board. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady schedule, values a positive community atmosphere, and wants to play an important role in keeping a small, well-run property operating smoothly. Please note that this is a Part-Time position of approximately 15 hours weekly. Why This Role Stands Out

  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents (calls, emails, general inquiries)
  • Organize records and files (digital and paper)
  • Coordinate with the Board, bookkeeper, and vendors
  • Assist with dues collection and make bank deposits
  • Support rule compliance in a professional, respectful manner
  • Assist with new rental approvals
  • Assist with security camera monitoring
  • Conduct property walkthroughs to maintain community standards
  • Help coordinate maintenance, supplies, and routine services Qualifications
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable
  • Strong organizational skills including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person
  • Comfortable with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, email)
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Willingness to learn condo operations and community guidelines
  • Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and basic facilities management
  • Associate's degree or higher Additional Details
