Job Description Property Manager - Commercial Portfolio A Commercial Property Management and Development Company is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. This is an in‑office role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can wear multiple hats, and enjoys building strong relationships with tenants and owners. Key Responsibilities Ensure all properties are well maintained and compliant with local and state regulations Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants and property owners Prepare and manage annual property budgets; track income and expenses; produce financial reports for ownership Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on rent collections Maintain accurate tenant records, including contracts and certificates of insurance Respond to tenant requests and coordinate with the Building Engineer and vendors to resolve operational issues Job Requirements Qualified candidates will demonstrate: 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager within a commercial real estate environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Background check and drug test required
