Job Description

Seacrest Services, Inc. is a leading provider of property management, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering vibrant communities. As a Property Manager (LCAM) for our condominium association (COA) communities in Lake Worth and Boynton Beach, FL, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of multiple residential properties. There are two position available full-time or part-time, making it ideal for experienced professionals seeking a dynamic and supportive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of assigned condominium communities in either Lake Worth or Boynton Beach Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, Board of Directors, and vendors Manage and support on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight Coordinate and attend Board meetings, annual meetings, and community events as required Prepare, review, and monitor budgets, financial reports, and reserve planning Solicit, evaluate, and manage vendor contracts and service providers Ensure compliance with governing documents, company policies, and Florida statutes Conduct routine property inspections and oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests Maintain accurate records, reports, and community documentation Qualifications Active LCAM license (required) Minimum of 5 years of condominium (COA) management experience Experience managing multiple properties or mixed portfolios preferred Strong knowledge of Florida condominium laws and compliance requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets and reporting Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with property management software is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Seacrest Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
