Job Description

The Women's Residential Program - Seminole provides residential treatment for substance dependent women who are motivated to gain the skills and support they need to live in recovery. Substance-abusing women age 18 and older will be considered based on clinical appropriateness and bed availability. The program uses a holistic approach that integrates traditional substance abuse services, including individual, group, and family therapy, with meditation and physical movement. Groups focus on recovery issues, relapse prevention, psychiatric care, domestic violence, anger management, coping skills, and decision-making skills. Case management services provide assistance with obtaining housing, employment, medical care, and assistance with legal issues as needed. services, housing, psychiatric care, and physical health issues are also addressed. Emphasis is put on learning and practicing appropriate leisure and recreational skills As a Clinical Program Manager at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide leadership, vision and direction to the Women's Residential Program . Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Develop policies and procedures to assure quality services and compliance with State/Federal regulations and current standards of practice. Initiate the development and revision of policies and procedures specific to the programs of care. Providing Task and, where relevant, Clinical Supervision to assigned leadership team members Direct and evaluate the organization's workforce in terms of overall staffing and scheduling. Oversight and management of day-to-day operations, budgeted revenue, and expenditures. Plan and direct data-driven and proactive quality improvement procedures to improve the overall quality of the care delivered to persons served. Provide regular on-site education, training, supervision, and consultation to managerial and program staff related to all components of the program Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to agency policies and procedures. Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Services Current licensure in the state of Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) 1+ years in a leadership or managerial role 2+ years of clinical experience in a residential treatment setting Level II Background clearance- All Aspire Health Partners Internships and Careers require Level 2 clearance, with Aspire covering fingerprinting costs.
