Cocoa, FL Pay:
$55,000.00 per year Join a fast-growing national real estate investment company specializing in manufactured housing communities nationwide. We are seeking a hands-on, sales-driven Community Manager to oversee two active communities in Cocoa, FL . The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and skilled at building relationships, generating leads, and driving sales while delivering an excellent resident experience. This is an opportunity to take ownership of community performance and make a direct impact on its growth and success. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day operations across two established communities Drive occupancy, sales, and revenue goals Ensure clean, safe, and compliant communities through daily oversight Deliver exceptional resident service and build community rapport Monitor budgets, utilities, collections & monthly financial performance Enforce policies and community standards consistently Oversee maintenance and ensure timely work order completion Walk homes to confirm quality repairs and cost-effective readiness Maintain collections rate of 3% or less What You Bring Strong sales experience with a proven ability to drive leasing performance is required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 3-5 years of property management experience Background in retail, hospitality or customer service strongly valued Confident with Microsoft Office and online systems Strong communication, organization and leadership skills Flexible to work some weekends as needed Comfortable traveling between both properties weekly Why This Role ✔ Competitive salary $55 ✔ Leadership over two active Florida communities ✔ Mission-driven work improving affordable housing ✔ Autonomy, variety, and room to grow in a national portfolio
