Join a fast-growing National Real Estate Investment Company specializing in manufactured housing communities across the U.S. We're looking for a polished, people-focused Community Manager to oversee two established communities in Cocoa Beach, FL and play a key role in their growth, resident experience, and financial success. What You'll Do Own and lead all day-to-day community operations Drive sales, occupancy, and resident retention goals Maintain asset quality, curb appeal, safety, and compliance Monitor budgets, collections, utilities & controllable expenses Deliver exceptional resident experiences and service Enforce policies and community standards consistently Oversee maintenance workflows & walk homes for readiness Use creative marketing to close homes and meet targets What You Bring Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 3-5 years in Property Management (MHC experience a plus) Strong customer service, sales or hospitality background Tech savvy — comfortable with Microsoft Office & online systems Excellent written & verbal communication; organized and proactive Flexible schedule — able to work weekends when needed Perks Competitive salary Paid time off Career growth Meaningful, mission-driven work serving affordable housing needs If you're a hands-on leader ready to own a portfolio and drive results, apply today and help shape thriving communities in Cocoa!
